Stephen Schuh
Stephen brings 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry to every project.
Before helping start Underway, Stephen spent years in business development with Vulcan Materials, selling ready mix, asphalt, and aggregates, and with Capitol Aggregates, selling cement and aggregates — giving him a deep, ground-level understanding of the materials and supply chains that make construction projects succeed.
Stephen holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Texas Tech University.
Stephen brings clarity and directness to how he runs jobs and works with clients — no confusion, no surprises, just straight answers and solid work.
Dan Goodwin
Dan is a construction management professional with 15+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale projects across commercial, transportation, and industrial sectors.
Prior to help forming Underway Construction Services, Dan led teams as a Construction Program Leader at H-E-B Grocery and as a Construction Manager at Southwest Airlines and MIINC Mechanical.
He is a U.S. Navy Veteran (Naval Aircrewman, 8 years active duty) and holds a master’s degree in construction management from Arizona State University and bachelor’s degree From Texas Tech.
Dan is passionate about delivering safe, high-quality projects on time and within budget through strong leadership and strategic planning.
